In today's fast-paced work environment, the concept of time can take a toll on employees' mental health in various ways. 🌪️⌛ Here are a few examples:

1️⃣ Burnout: Constantly racing against the clock to meet deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities can lead to burnout. The pressure to be productive within strict timelines can leave employees feeling overwhelmed and mentally exhausted.
